However with all those being said, I do wonder if the product really works because I haven't seen any improvement to my skin. Most masks are to be used from 1-2 times a week wheras you can use this one daily. It worries me that it will strip more than add moisture. The price isn't cheap either even though you only use a tablespoon(at most) per day.
Note: I have sensitive skin that reacts to most face products including some mineral makeup. I'm not acne-prone but I do have some pinkish blemishes on my face. I also have combination skin.

It is a gel cream eyeliner that will last a very very long time. I have never used this type of eyeliner before so I found it very facinating and a bit tricky to apply. The product comes in 6 colours from jet black to a fun cobalt blue. I had intended to buy the brown(pictured) but my local Sephora had ran out so I decided to try the bronze instead. The bronze is a dark copper brown with a hint of shimmer in it. I personally think that the bronze is a great colour that can be compared to the brown. From faraway it actually looks dark brown. I also bought the #4 precision eyeliner brush along with the eyeliner just to be sure I was applying with the right brush. As the eyeliner applying is almost like painting on a line, it should be pretty easy right? I think I did a horrible five jobs at it already. I think I'm getting a hang of it. Given the amount that you use every single time, I think the whole pot will last about half a year? Whatever happened to the "every 3 months" clearout? It's also a very good thing that this eyeliner lasts so long because the container is glass and will weigh a ton!

I have actually never used a Clinque skincare product before despite hearing great things about it. I remember my mom using their facial bar soaps in the shower and that was it. I also think my friends and I recommended the same facial bar to a fellow friend to use just before prom. By the way, she likes it so much that she is still using it. Anyways, the lotion is really a first. When I put on the lotion it feels really thick. As thick as a cream with lots of oil to it. After five minutes of a thick oily face it will feel very smooth and silky. I don't really enjoy those five minutes of thick oily and having a face smell quite plastic. I'm not sure if the all Clinque products smell that bad but this one sure did. Also, as you are applying the lotion(cream) it leaves white marks all over your face making you have to rub and mix the lotion into your skin. It's quite a hassle. So if I were in a rush, I would know not to use this lotion. Then a few days ago, I was chatting with one of my other friends and she was like "Oh, Clinque is only good for their soap bars and toners! Not their moisturizers!".

What a pricey little container filled with some seashell pink creamish gel. This eye cream is supposed to diminish the dark circles, puffs and fine lines which I each have. I probably used it for a week already and I guess I see a slight improvement? I didn't really expect all the lines or my circles to go away. I actually can't tell if the circles are getting better because of the product itself or because I'm sleeping way too early and drinking loads of water. I guess it's helping. The skin texture around the area has gotten a bit better from lumpy old to less lumpy. The cream is also a little bit oily for my tastes. I can't really say that it works and it is worth my money at all. I don't think I'll buy it again because of the price although the little container can be worth a few months since you only use two pinky finger dabs. Try it if your willing to spend and wanting a change in eye cream.

And so I said I was not going to be writing a review.. but here I am!
No review these days for I haven't tried anything new or at least I can't remember anything worth mentioning. So, I think it's time for a list of things I would like to try or in other words: a wishlist!
1) B. Kamins Skincare booster blue moisturizer spf 15
2) B. Kamins Skincare booster blue rosacea masque3) Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Gel Masque4) Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer
5) Bourjois Trio eye shadow in Roses 456) Too Faced Fat Kiss in Fat Jelly7) Too Faced Beauty Balm in Girly Grapefruit
8) Dior Addict Ultra Shine Sheer in Rose Scenario
9) Dior Diorshow Powder in Spotlight Peach10) Hard Candy Glitter Eye Pencil in Midnight
11) Tarte Inside Out Lipgloss in Apple-A-Day
12) Blinc Kiss Me Mascara in Black
(14) Bourjois Two-tone Eyeliner pencil - I found out this was really bad for Asian eyes when I got home from shopping one day. It was all smudged on the outer corners and creases of my eyes. Not good.
(15) ZChen's Love Tree - I don't know but now his songs are too slow for me. Keane is me.
(16) The Taxi for ps2 - Never get sick of this game but the country side is really hard to navigate through.
(17) The Taxi 2 for ps2 - I always seem to fail on the same level. I always fail to reach the quota.
(18) method daily shower spray - Using it every single day. Haven't noticed much difference but I suppose there is.
(19) Strapya Online Store - I ended up getting a few good luck charms for school. Hopefully they will work in my favour.
(20) Kdrama: Fireworks - I still have this drama and I do rewatch it. Seems there aren't much that like this one.
(21) Ab Wheel - I read somewhere online that if you have fat already around your tummy area than the ab wheel just make it bigger because you're building muscle around it. But then I thought you can subtract it. I don't know. I still do rolls every night. Can't say I see any improvement.
(22) Kirin Gogo No Kocha Milk Tea - Stopped drinking this because it's too sugary after awhile.
(23) The Wicker Man - I still don't understand this movie.
(24) Herbal Essences Shampoo and Conditioner - Turns out the best line is the "Hello Hydration" one. I can't stand the other lines I decided to try.
(25) SkinVitals Eye Brighten Mask - Works only temporary. It's recommended to use the masks before you to sleep or go out but I never have time. I always do them in the afternoon after a long bath.
I know I haven't been typing much on this blog at all lately. The other day, an idea had popped into my mind about how I always have second thoughts/opinions on products I reviewed during the beginning of the month or so. It can sort of also act out as an index? I don't know.
This is the December 2006 list:
(2) CARGO duo lipgloss - Love it! However, it gets messy unless you use a lip brush.
(3) Touch! Detective for DS - Completed. On shelf collecting dust.
(4) Philosophy The Present - I don't have much use for it anymore because my blemishes are still there.
(5) tazo Chai tea - Too expensive to drink it all the time.
(6) ayaka First Message - Still on my list of cds to buy.
(7) Tokyo Bus Guide for ps2 - Completed. I play sometimes when I get fed up with the sequel.
(8) Tokyo Bus Guide 2 for ps2 - Not yet completed. Slowly getting fed up with the passengers.
(9) Neutrogena Visibly Deep Cleansing Wipes - Surprisingly, I did not use this at all during my ride to NYC. I know.. disgusting. I was too afraid of how the smell would stink up the bus. But then I went ahead and grabbed a sub loaded with onions on the other hand. haha.
(10) Shiseido Pureness Balancing Softner(alcohol-free) - It's definitely for the more oily skin types. I have combo so it doesn't work that well. I think I'll go back to the old Shiseido one I use.
(11) Urban Decay Deluxe Eyeshadow in Honey - It's no longer Christmas so I can't use this festive colour on a normal day. I'm in a culinary school so no makeup during class.
(12) Casino Royale - I wish I had leeched the versions on the net before. Still don't like this Bond movie.
(13) Aveda Salon - I said I was going to go back to find the same lady who did my hair but now my hair has grown out so much and I have gone back to the side parting so I don't really need another haircut. I think I'm going to go for long now.
January will be coming soon.
Today, I had the worst luck. I wasn't as smart as I usually am so I picked up the first one off the rack when normally, I take the third or fourth. I guess I was lazy and blind to fail to notice that the packaging had no tape around it. So I walked towards the cash register and paid. When I got home and opened the concealer, I realized I had picked an opened one(not a tester) with a huge finger print smack in the middle. Some stupid girl decided to open up the package and not buy it. I'm still pretty pissed about it. Good thing it wasn't that expensive. I suppose this would never happen if I were to buy a department store one.
Anyways, I did try it on some of the bruises I have on my arms. It does conceal well without the cake-i-ness. However, the cube wasn't shut completely so the concealer was practically dry. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that but I assume not since it does says the formula is a creamy type. The design is pretty cute but not really suitable for small makeup pouches or cases. The clasp is also insanely annoying to use. Nearly have to have my index finger nail pulled off in order to open it up. I don't know if I'll buy the same concealer again just to try but I certainly will make sure I get an unopened package this time.
